| Enjoy a relaxing workshop becoming familiar with the basic techniques of Shiatsu. Practicing on each other, you will learn a simple yet effective Shiatsu routine, which you can do for friends and family. You will also learn some relaxation and centring techniques, including do-in (self massage), Makka Ho (Japanese yoga-like stretches) and some Qi Gong.
